you. Six months ago I adopted a seven year old cat from the
shelter. This was my first cat. After about 4 months she developed
feline acne and sores over her body. She received shots and
after many vet visits I starting researching over the internet
about pet foods. I was shocked to find out what they were putting

I have three picky eaters and have been buying various cans
of cat food, to no avail. One likes, two don't, two like, one
doesn't. I finally have found your brand that ALL 3 clean their

just wanted to thank you for your Natural Balance® Duck & Green Pea Canned Cat Formula.
My cat suffered from urinary tract crytals and food allergies
all at the same time. The poor guy was so sick. The vet put
him on canned food for the moisture content. His tummy is sensitive
to pretty much all proteins - chicken, fish, beef, turkey, he
can't eat any of them. Thankfully duck seems to do the trick.
I started him on a little of the duck and green pea at first
to make sure he could handle the salmon oil, and success he
can eat the food, is putting on weight and has a softer shinier
coat. Thank you for making food for the animals who need a special
diet. It is very hard to find, especially in Northern Ontario
Canada where I am and I am thankful to have your Duck and Green
Pea food to give him. He is healthy again and full of energy. Thank

you so much for making a hypoallergenic cat food! I have just
discovered your Limited Ingredient Formulas -- suggested to
me by my veterinary allergist. My cat had been eating Royal
Canin Limited Ingredient and was fatiguing on it. I've tried
other lower allergen brands without much success and it is extremely
difficult to find canned cat food made without chicken or turkey.
I tried your Natural Balance® Duck & Green Pea
Canned Cat Formula and it is a big hit! I think food
allergies are more common in cats than we have previously believed
-- I appreciate that your company has taken the initiative to

Dick Van Patten, I have been a fan of yours since "Eight
Is Enough", but now, you have my undying gratitude for
developing Natural Balance® Indoor
Cat Canned Formula. My cat, Lucky, is 11 1/2 years
old and has had trouble all his life with keeping canned cat
food down. He also can't eat dry cat food because that really
causes him to throw up. His mother had abandoned him for dead
back in 1994 and I found him and nursed him back to health.
Perhaps, that is why he's had these problems. I have tried EVERY
brand of canned cat food there is. Totally by accident, I discovered
YOUR brand and, since Lucky is totally an "Indoor Cat",
I decided to give it a try. He's insane over the taste and is
eating almost 2 cans a day (he weighs approx. 9 lbs) WITHOUT
THROWING ANY OF IT UP!! This is like a miracle for me. All I
can say to you is THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. Take

 My
cat, Monty, was operated on two years ago for a large calcium
oxalate stone. I was told to feed him Hill's XD exclusively
for the rest of his life (he is now 10 years old). He ate that
diet for a year and a half until he started throwing up and
getting diarrhea. I took him off the kibble and just fed him
the canned. The diarrhea and vomiting stopped but he started
losing weight because he wasn't eating enough. He just didn't
like it. I was beside myself. He lost a full pound and was looking
boney. I'd had enough. I did some research and found that Natural
Balance® Salmon Canned Cat Formula does not contain
urine acidifiers like cranberry. Monty has the opposite problem
of most cats who are prone to struvite crystals. His urine tends
to be too acidic and cranberries can put his ph over the top.
I switched Monty to Natural Balance salmon about three months
ago and was thrilled to see how much he liked it. Monty has
put back the pound he lost only he looks different than he did
when he was at this weight before. He looks better. My friends
have even commented that he appears to have gained lean muscle
mass. There's no doubt about it. Also, when I interact with
him and his favorite fishing rod toy, he jumps higher than he
ever has in his life. He is so playful and goofy that it moved
me to write this letter to you. When my animals are happy, I'm
