FORMULA-24/cs cans 13 OZ Recent test results for some of the above products show that the products contain melamine, a contaminant identified in the recent pet food recalls and therefore represent a potential health hazard. We believe the source of the melamine contamination is the rice protein concentrate used only in the formulations listed above; for your peace of mind and to assure complete recall of affected product, we have decided to recall all lot codes of the products identified above. No other Natural Balance products are affected.Please return all recalled products to your retailer to obtain a full refund or you can exchange your return for a Natural Balance product not involved in the recall. Do not keep the recalled product. If you cannot return the product to your local retailer, please contact us directly so we can work out a satisfactory method of returning the product.
