I just wanted to say how much our cats have benefited from switching to your Natural Balance® Green Pea and Duck Cat Formula. Our 10 year old Siamese mixes have both suffered for years with Irritable Bowel Disease and we've spent a fortune on medications to calm the reactions. After trying them on several foods over the years they have finally been able to heal and let their systems settle. They love the taste of this food better than any others in the past as well. Our third cat has no digestive problems, but her coat is softer and she just looks healthier after the switch. It's just amazing! I just wanted to let you know that your product rocks! I just rescued a little tiny maltese a couple months back and she was very under weight and have a terrible over bite and was a picky eater, after trying all kinds of dog foods, I tried Natural Balance® Dog Food Rolls and it was a total hit, and easy for her to eat. My 10 month old puppy, Willis, has had severe food intolerance since he was about three months old. We have an Irish Wolfhound, Lia, since June 2008. She had loose stools, poor appetite and slow weight gain. A young man at our local Petco suggested your pet food. I recently rescued a 10 year old Manchester Terrier from a high kill shelter in NYC. His skin was itchy and dry and had tons of flakes on his coat and face. Since he was surrendered by the old owner they had been informed that it was a life long problem. They had tried everything and had surrendered him with a hydrocortisone spray since that almost worked for him. He only had 1 week before he was to be put down. I have two 12 year old dogs, one has severe allergic food reaction in her skin. She had hot spots all of her life. I tried several foods, the prescription one from the vet was the worst...terrible diarrhea in both dogs. YOUR FOOD IS THE BEST!!! No more itching, no more weepy eyes and they love it. A couple months ago we went camping with our six month old miniature schnauzer. The next day we noticed that Riley was not eating, and had an uncontrollable thirst. Of course we thought he just had an upset stomach. Two days later we rushed him to our vet. It turns out he picked up a bacteria called "canine leptospirosis". Our vet saved his life just in time. This may have caused some kidney damage, but so far our puppy is back to his normal self. The vet recommended a low protein diet. I went into the pet store and a very nice young fellow suggested Natural Balance® Reduced Calorie Formula. Riley loves it !!!! We mix the reduced dry food along with the cans. My dog, Jersey, developed acne (yes, acne) at about 4 months old. After trying many topical products, someone suggested it may be a food allergy. I just wanted to tell you how wonderful this food is. I switched my 10-year-old cocker spaniel to Natural Balance® Potato & Duck Formula because nothing else would work for his irritable bowel problems. Every week he would get a bout of squeaky stomach and diarrhea. Later on, he started to vomit as well. This has been going on for about 5 years. (Yes, I took him to the vet and the vet would always say he probably got into something). Since I have started him on this food (and treats), he has had no problems. This is probably about 4 or 5 months since we switched him to your food and he has not gotten sick since. We tried many types of foods before yours and nothing would help. This is marvelous. My dog was recently diagnosed with EPI, a pancreatic disorder. He also has food allergies. After trying several other brands, it was your Natural Balance® Sweet Potato and Fish Formula dry and canned foods that enabled him to get better and he is now stable. You are one of the few companies that provides a special LID version for EPI dogs, so essentially, this food has saved my dogs life, along with pancreas enzymes and some vitamin supplements. His skin/coat have improved significantly, he has normal stools now, and he can finally digest a dog food that is not only good for him, but does not contain grains which is a no-no for EPI diagnosed dogs. He has been using your product now for 5 weeks and he no longer has food allergies. For anyone with a dog diagnosed with EPI, this food is a MUST. I cannot express enough gratitude for what your dog food has done for my dog. When I got him as a 6 month old, he came with allergies and all sorts of symptoms, non of which were good. He had allergy shots on a regular basis and he chewed his fur off. The vet said he didn't think it would come back. It looked like a bareback saddle. He is an old english sheepdog so you might imagine how bad he looked. Your food has worked miracles. No more chewing, scratching, allergy shots, and his hair is full back. We recently switched to Natural Balance® Potato & Duck Formula from a high dollar prescription food because Legend has EPI-SIbo and IBD and allergies. I have two lab mix dogs aged 4 years old. They ate Purina Beneful from puppy hood till 3 years and some. I heard it wasn't a very good food from a friend and after doing research, I was horrified with what I saw in the ingredients. I was ashamed that I'd never researched it before. Their coats were filled with dander and they frequently had upset stomachs. I always thought it was something they ate from outside and sadly after research, it was what I was feeding them INSIDE. I did several hours of nutrition research and discovered Natural Balance was one of the highest rated foods in every comparison I saw AND didn't cost a gazillion dollars a bag. Thank you for making Natural Balance® Potato & Duck Formula. I have a 225 pound mastiff named Bosworth who will turn two next month. Almost a year ago he was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease - not what you want to hear, especially with his size. Needless to say we were having a terrible time until we found your product. We had tried so many different formulas and even prescription diets with no luck. We went from lamb to chicken to salmon. I wanted to thank you for the Natural Balance® Sweet Potato & Venison Formula. I have a Golden Retriever who has food allergies, Cushing's Disease, Seizures and thyroid problems. His medicine alone is $400 a month. To get the Hills Prescription food at the vet cost me another $225 a month and I was getting to the point I could not afford it. I went on line and researched food and found this. He can eat it and loves it. My dog has been by my side as I fought cancer and so I vowed to keep him healthy no matter what. Just wanted to let you know my VERY picky 14-year old cat just gobbled up a bowel of your Natural Balance® Reduced Calorie Cat Formula. We have tried Innova, Chicken Soup for the Soul with poor results i.e. cat wouldn't eat. The two other kitties (age 7) are chubby so this is going to be a perfect dry food for them. As always, thank you for producing such high quality foods. My HIGH energy McNab is also on your Ultra dry food. Loves it and doing very well. Should have started with your formula for the cat at first, but was looking for a lower protein/fat content. Not a good idea if the cat won't eat it... I guess that's how they really lose the weight... hee,hee! All kidding aside thank you, will continue to use your products and of course, will recommend to friends.
