i just wanted to thank you for your fabulous Natural Balance® L.I.D. Limited Ingredient Diets Formulas. We first used your product for our oldest dog who kept getting infected ears and paws and a vet suggested your food. It worked! Our youngest dog is a love and starting having seizures which just about killed us. Tests showed no medical problems, and he and our third dog had been on other supposedly natural food - we were just feeding your food to the older dog. Poor little Peanut kept having seizures which were agonizing to watch. We switched him over to natural balance and guess what - he hasn't had a seizure since! The dogs love the Natural Balance® Potato and Duck Formula as well as Lamb and Brown Rice Formula. Their coats are better, their digestive sytem is better - just happier guys all around. They also the the little Natural Balance Dog Treats!! Thank you so much for your hard work - it has worked miracles on Riley,our border collie, Peanut, our rat terrier and Simon, our jack russell. My family and I would like to thank you for your wonderful product. We have a 13 1/2 year old Chocolate Lab, Kahlua. She has grown with our children and a beloved member of our family. Last summer, she could barely stand and couldn't walk. Her appetite was non-existant, she wouldn't eat. We brought her to the vet and she had no cancer, heartworm, liver or kidney problems, and were sent home. We were thankful that we were able to bring her home. As an aside, she's always had food allergies, so we've always struggled with what to feed her. Soon after the vet trip, we ran out of food (another brand) and now were forced into switching. For us, being unable to find her food and running out couldn't have come at a worse time. We saw your Natural Balance® Fish and Sweet Potato canned formula and thought we'd give it a try. She readily accepted and had no difficulty transitioning foods. She regained her strength and stamina and began walking and standing on her own again. Now, when we open a can for Kahlua, our other dog Shadow and cat Wednesday come running. Now, the other two get dry and kahlua gets a mixture of canned and dry. We feel that we've gained another year with her and that your food has made that difference. We thank you for your product and giving us another year with Kahlua. Natural Balance has done great things for my dog, Rockaet. We are especially big fans of the Natural Balance® Eatables Dog Food™ can food, which we mix with Natural Balance Lamb and Brown Rice, or Sweet Potato and Venison. After having several bouts to the vet for some neurological issues (which are fixed now!) Rocket stopped showing interest in his Natural Balance deli rolls. I know for sure it was due to negative association. That was the only thing he ate while staying at the vet. Since we've introduced Eatables to him, he's shown a whole new excitement about feeding time. Anything that goes into my dogs mouth goes into mine first, so I tried to Hobo Chili. It was so surprisingly like people food. It makes me feel like a better pet parent providing my dog with food that I could very well put on my plate. He loves all 4 flavors. My wife and I just wanted to let you know that finding your brand of dog food has been a huge relief to us. We have a 3 yr old Coton DeTulear who has always been a very picky eater. We spent half our time trying to get her to eat and the other half worrying about when she didn't. I want to let you know that I have a black labrador dog who is now 12 years old. Up to last September 2008 he always had sores on his front paws and was constantly licking them until they bled. My daughter who works in a pet store, suggested that I switch to Natural Balance® Potato and Duck Formula, from the usual brand that had grains for fillers. After about two weeks, Beau's paw's cleared up and he has never had a problem with the sore since. I cannot thank you enough for coming up with a non-alegenic dog food. I wanted to let you know how happy I am that I discovered Natural Balance dog food. I have 2 Boston Terriers, Gomer and Otis, and the food has been a blessing for us and them. Gomer has been attending Agility training, and uses a lot of snacks. I was worried that he was eating too much of things that really were not good for him in large doses. I read on one website that another Boston owner uses the Natural Balance® Dog Food Rolls for treats. I started off using the dog rolls, Gomer loves them, and I am now confident that he is getting the nutrition he needs and no longer worried about him eating too much of things that are not good for him. We have since switched over to the dry dog food, and they are eating it up. Bostons, have sensitive stomachs, so we have to be careful with what they eat. Since being on Natural Balance, their coats are wonderful, and I know by reading the ingredients section, they are getting a great diet, and their stomachs are in great shape. My beloved cat, Peepers, was horribly sick with inflammatory bowel disease. She was listless and emaciated. Even on Prednizone and pepcid, she was having horrible diarrhea and projectile vomiting. My ten year old Golden Retriever "Cassandra" had been on Hill's Science Diet Ultra ZD for years due to severe food allergies that caused many many ear infections. She tolerated it well but had started having soft stools. With her vet's approval I switched her to your Natural Balance® L.I.D. Limited Ingredient Diets Grain-Free food. Dolly Attached is a photo of my "Dolly" - Ch. Yasashiikuma Smoky Mountn Maid - who was changed to your Natural Balance® L.I.D. Limited Ingredient Diets Grain-Free food in December as part of an experiment where I changed 1/2 my kennel to a combination of raw and your Limited Ingredient Diet and kept 1/2 on their current superior quality kibble from a competitor. It took 6 weeks to make the decision to switch over the entire kennel to your products. Since that time Dolly has won Best of Winners at the Cardigan Welsh Corgi Club of America National Specialty, and Winners Bitch and first Award of Merit at the Three Trials Regional specialty the day afterwards. Thank you for such a great product! I transported 4 dogs to the Northeast that were adopted through our rescue. These dogs had Natural Balance sample in their transport envelope. It's so much easier for the new owner to feed the dog a food they are already accustomed to. My dog Tater, that has had serious skin problems is now clearing up! I've had him on the Natural Balance® Potato and Duck Formula for a month. It's awesome! I've spent so much money on doctors for steroids and other meds for him and all he needed was a good food. Also Molly, a dog from our rescue, has been on the Natural Balance® Reduced Calorie Formula because she needed to lose weight. She not only has lost weight in a month, she leaves for her forever home next week, her coat is smooth and she is relaxed and happy. All of my dogs love Natural Balance. Hi. I have a 6-year old black lab named Keifer. My daughter and I were his volunteer puppy raisers for Guide Dogs for the Blind (out of CA). Throughout his puppyhood, we struggled with recurring intestinal problems/diarrhea with Keifer. After he was career changed from GDB, he came back to us. After seeing continued intestinal upsets, my vet suggested your food - Natural Balance® Potato and Duck Formula! What a miraculous change! Then, just recently, he showed signs of developing an intolerance to the duck protein so I switched him to the Sweet Potato & Fish. Another miraculous change! Thanks. I just wanted to tell you how wonderful I think your pet food is. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats. My golden Retriever (now passed) had skin allergies and your Lamb and Brown Rice Formula really helped with this condition. My Dalmatian has bladder crystals and I could never find a food that helped with this, he would have accidents in the house and also dribbling. But after purchasing your food, he no longer has this problem. It's a miracle in my opinion. My mixed breed has diabetes (the reason I started checking ingredients in their food) and I believe this food is helping him as well. He visits the vet about once a month and has lost about 5 lbs of unneeded weight each of his last 3 visits. My cats are very finicky..wouldn't touch anything other than Iams. After seeing the improvement in my dogs I decided to try your cat food and now they won't finish the 1/3 bag of Iams that I have left! My 8 year old Collie was put on RX DD by my wonderful vet. He had developed severe allergy/intestinal problems on the food he was eating for years. It cleared up his problems, I was amazed!! But also quite worried by the price of the 17 lb bag. At this time for my family it was a hardship as he was eating 3 cups a day. I have a 7 year old Lab with severe food allergies. You are my last hope! Your Natural Balance® Lamb and Brown Rice Formula is the ONLY over the counter food she can eat. The rest of the suggested foods are either mail order or prescription.(A 70 lb lab can go through lots of food $$$$). I have had problems in the past with products changing formulas without even a warning on the bag. Please please please don't change a thing...she loves your food and you are a saving grace to all of us that have dogs who cannot tolerate grains and some meats. I just wanted to let you know how glad I am that we discovered Natural Balance Pet Food. We have a 5-year-old Great Dane who has been experiencing skin, coat and ears issues for many years. We were constantly taking her to the vet who said she just has allergies and to give her Benedryl. Being that she has always been fed premium dog food, I didn't imagine it would be something in her food. Nonetheless, I started researching other premium dog foods and tried several. Unfortunately, there was little change. That's until I tried Natural Balance® Lamb Meal and Brown Rice Formula. There was a noticeable difference within the first 2-3 weeks. Thanks! Donna, NC

We started our rescue dog, Summer, who is Doberman/Weimaraner on your Natural Balance® Sweet Potato and Fish Formula two weeks ago because she broke out in a severe rash over almost 100% of her body. We previously had her on Chicken Soup Adult Light since November, 2008 for weight control. She had been having chronic ear infections as well. After skin biopsies last week, while being unable to pinpoint the exact ingredient, our Vet determined it must be a food allergy. So, we switched her to your NB and her ear infections are gone (with the use of antiobiotic drops as well) and her skin is 95% cleared. A co-worker at my husband's office told him about the success of her dog on this formula so we made the switch. While somewhat more expensive than the CS, it is well worth the extra $$ to see her happy and healthy again. Thanks so much for a great product.

My chocolate lab has been on Solid Gold dog food for her short life of 1 year old. She has done wonderful on it until we switched her to adult formula, she started having diarrhea problems. We switched to Natural Balance Original Ultra® Ultra Premium Formula, and after 1 day her stool looks great, and has been for 2 weeks since we put her on it. She also goes less often too. We started our rescue chihuahua on your Natural Balance® Small Bites Potato & Duck Formula and he just loves it. He was very picky, turned down Iams and a grocery store brand! One day at Petco we saw the Rep there with your food and took home some samples & coupons (for food and the soft tube style roll treats that you cut up) and he devoured them all! We found our dog food and its really good for him - we feel great knowing we are feeding him quality food, not junk with loads of fillers like you get at the supermarket. Munchie's coat is shiney, growing in thick now and he's full of leaps & bounds of energy like never before, and he will dance for a few pieces of your treats. Since I lost my 2nd dog, my dog Madison has lost her appetite, probably because there is no competition. I have used a homemade diet, but needed to add commercial food to assure a balanced diet. I have tried every other dog food, and other goodies to get her to eat, including bacon and eggs, and other things most dogs would love. Then I finally found your food. She cannot resist it. I wanted to thank you. Most people say, if they don't eat, so what? Well in Madison's case it is essential, since she is diabetic. I need her to eat before she gets her insulin. just want to thank you for a fantastic product! We have a 10 year old American Staffordshire Terrier Mix. As recently as 2 months ago we believed that her days were numbered. She had lots of intestinal disturbances - severe bloating, decreased appetite, vomiting. On Easter Sunday we decided that she must be getting close. We took her in to her vet the following monday, planning on putting her to sleep. The vet suggested we try her on some new food first. Our Boxer suffered from colitis and nothing seemed to help her finicky stomach. That is until we tried the Natural Balance® Sweet Potato & Venison Formula dry food. Our two cats were suffering with vomiting and diarrhea for over two months. With vet bills rising and no answer in site. Additional testing was next and they are not cheap. We have an English Mastiff who is a show dog and her coat is extremely important because it is so light in color. Our Chihuahua Olive has always been a finicky eater. Before I put her on your product she was on Taste of the Wild. Olive would always leave pieces of her kibble around the house. My family & I live on a Nationally Certified Wildlife Habitat in the beautiful Ocala National Forest. We are true "Natural Balance" believers & proponents, having convinced many of our family & friends to switch their feline & canine family members onto your various formulas. Our own cats & dogs (both those who live indoors with us & the various stray cats here in the forest who continue to adopt us) have thrived for several years on your "Original Ultra®" dry & canned products & treats. Recently an orphaned litter of five crying, 8 - 10 day old kittens opened their eyes & crawled out of a drain pipe into our arms, hearts & home. I have several adult dogs at home and just got a black lab puppy. Petco recommended your food for the puppy and the adult dogs. What a difference in the puppy, her coat has gone from lackluster to a sheen that glistens, her eyes are now bright and her coat is so soft. We are loved by a 3 year old beagle. We were feeding her a fairly well known brand, one our vet said was okay. Maggie seemed to be doing fine until about 6 months ago. She then (we realize now) began to experience an adverse reaction to it. I have a beloved 10 year old dog. Through the years, he has had a lot of GI issues. A couple of months ago, my vet referred him to a board certified vet internist. She did a colonoscopy and an endo on him and discovered that he has IBD, and besides a lot of medicine, he has to be on a special diet of venison and potatoe. She prescribed a brand that was very high price and he was not very fond of it. I heard about Natural Balance and read more on your website about your product. I then called the internist and told her about Natural Balance® Sweet Potato & Venison Formula. Keep in mind, that Eclair didn't like the prescribed food he was currently on. She asked that I fax the info on your website concerning the ingredients in your product to her and she called me later to tell me it was okay for my dog to eat your food! Remember this was not just from a vet but from a board certified internist! The result is that I have been twice blessed. Not only is your product affordable, but Eclair loves it, and that has never happened with any other food that he has eaten. Most important is that he is really healthy for the first time, thanks to the right food to eat and his medicine. So thank you very much for your product.
